*HH GATO TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SHIPPING AND PURCHASES.*
*1. SHIPPING*
- Orders will be processed and shipped in the order they were received.
-All orders will be shipped on Mondays and Fridays.
*2. DELIVERY TIMES*
- Delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary based on the shipping carrier’s performance.
*3. SHIPPING CARRIERS*
- We use Australia post for all shipments.
- Tracking information will be provided only upon request.
*4. PACKAGING*
- Glassware items will be carefully packaged in custom-designed boxes with adequate cushioning to prevent damage during transit.
*5. DAMAGE CLAIMS*
- Upon delivery, customers must inspect the shipment immediately for any visible damage, please note damage must be reported immediately.
- If damage is found, customers must report it with the tracking number indicating pickup or delivery time immediately. 
- Reports must include:
    - Photographic and Video evidence of the damage.
    - The order number.
    - A detailed description of the damage.
- The item must not be used in any way to be eligible for a damage claim or replacement.
- HH is not liable for any damages caused via transit. 
*Please note, each damage claim will be accessed and investigated individually. 
*6. CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT*
- To be eligible for a replacement, items must not be used or tampered with in any way.
- Any signs of use or alteration will void any warranty and replacement policy. 
- Extra insurance of $50 can be added to insure a 100% replacement, please contact us directly if wanting to purchase.  
*7. RETURN AND REFUND POLICY*
- No refunds or returns will be accepted for change of mind.
- For damage return items, please refer to the damage claims section.
*8. SHIPPING COSTS*
- Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of the shipment.
- Customers will be provided with shipping estimates at checkout.
*9. GLASSWARE SPECIFIC TERMS*
- Glassware items are fragile and require careful handling.
- Buyer acknowledges the risk of damage if glassware items are not handled carefully.
*10. PAYMENT TERMS*
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
*11. LIABILITY*
- We are not liable for damages caused by transit, misuse, neglect, or improper handling.
